I received a call from a home flipper in Florida. He had purchased a distressed property, renovated it, and was ready to sell. There was only one problem: the house had an old code violation, and the city required a licensed general contractor to resolve it. Without that sign-off, the sale couldn’t close.

The answer is simple: I like helping people.
